Believe me this recipe really works. Just be careful when taking the turkey out of the bag. The meat will be falling off the bones. I used this recipe the first year we were married and went to a friends house for Thanksgiving. When I told her about this recipe and that I was cooking the turkey using it she was really weary about the turkey being done. When we got to her house she was surprised at the out come.
